A maximum of six on a group walk, though most walks are between one and four dogs so every dog gets proper individual attention. Your dog's temperament and recall come first when deciding whether a group walk suits them.

Yes — you'll hear how the walk went, not just get a wave as your dog is dropped back. As a husband-and-wife team, Juliet and Shane get to know every dog's personality and routine, so updates are specific, not generic.

Can I meet you before booking?

Always. WagLee offers a meet-and-greet before the first walk so your dog gets to know Juliet or Shane, and you get to ask anything you like about how walks are run, key handling, and routine.

How do you handle house keys?

Keys are kept securely and labelled with a reference code only — never your name or address — so they can't be linked back to your home if lost. This is standard practice WagLee has followed since 2016.

What areas do you cover?

West Malling and the surrounding villages, roughly a 10-mile radius. A 45p-per-mile surcharge applies beyond that radius depending on how many dogs are being walked in your area — see the Areas We Cover page for the full list.

What if my dog doesn't get on with other dogs?

That's exactly what solo walks and one-to-one visits are for. Not every dog is suited to a group walk, and Juliet and Shane will tell you honestly if group walking isn't right for your dog rather than putting them in a situation that doesn't work.
